Where possible we will use organic ingredients including, for example, organic flour to make all the pastries and cakes, organic fresh and smoked salmon, fruit, orange/apple juice, etc.

Prunes double wrapped in Lincolnshire sausage meat & bacon & roled in parmesan
Flour tortilla wraps filled with chicken & grape in low fat creme fraiche
Cocktail rolls filled with home roasted ham & salad
