MediCity Nottingham is looking to appoint an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support the team.
We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Receptionist capable of working on their own and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of customer service skills and experience of undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, whilst working on a busy reception.
Main duties will include:
- Taking and managing incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors, including booking in, arranging parking etc.
- Arranging meetings and booking rooms
- Receiving and distributing incoming parcels and mail
- Dealing with tenant enquiries, and relaying to the relevant department for action
- Data inputting
- Filing and general admin duties
The successful candidate will be required to work a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.
