Corporate Translations is looking to appoint a full time Associate Client Services Coordinator to join the ever expanding UK office. Corporate Translations translates documents and content exclusively for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.
The ideal candidate is a well organised, independent worker, with excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to provide best in class customer service.
Under the direct supervision of the Client Services Manager, the position of Associate Client Services Coordinator will provide current and prospective clients with accurate and timely cost estimates (quotes); relay best practices information to clients; process jobs/projects submitted for translation based upon customer needs and company/translator production capabilities; and work as a team with the assigned Regional Sales Manager for each account. The position may serve on client or project specific team(s).
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Sales, Marketing, or other related field.
- One to two years successful customer service/account management experience strongly preferred.
- Translation industry experience a plus.
