BioCity Scotland is looking for a talented individual to operate our reception and provide administrative support at our site in Newhouse.
You will be the front face of our organisation and will be welcoming visitors on to the site and issuing visitor badges and controlling sign in sheets.
In addition, you will be responsible for preparing welcome packs for all our tenant companies and new members of staff as well as maintaining emergency contact lists and updating our customer relationship management systems and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the site.
You must be able to work autonomously using your own initiative. You will need to be reliable, presentable and strongly customer focused. You will ideally have some experience working in a customer facing role for an organisation that delivers high levels of customer service.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am til 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
