Touchstone are looking for a New Client and Salesperson who will be responsible for attaining new package subscriptions in line with agreed targets. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, who possesses the energy to reach out into the local marketplace, both in person and through various media.
Reporting to: Touchstone Pod General Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager to develop and implement membership activity in line with plans specifically designed to achieve targeted client and yield income levels.
- Support the General Manager in distributing all forms of both internal and external promotional materials.
- Develop strong working relationships with local businesses with a view to creating corporate opportunities.
- Work as part of the operational team to cover the Touchstone Pod as and when required.
- Work with the General Manager to implement internal marketing campaigns in order to drive new clients via referral activity.
- Report activity levels in accordance with timelines set out by the General Manager.
- Review competitor websites and/or make direct contact with a view to establishing current marketing promotions and any other relevant marketing information.
- Ensure standards and protocols are maintained in line with our company guidelines, especially in relation to working practices and in terms of personal appearance.
- Comply with the provision of the Company’s Health, Safety and Fire policies and procedures.
- Manage the ‘Club Manager’ Database to ensure accurate and relevant information is being recorded and stored.
