Our Virtual Office package is ideal for:

  1. new start technology businesses looking to establish their first commercial base and access the BioCity community, but aren’t quite ready to take on a physical lab or office;

  2. overseas companies that want to create a base in the UK;

  3. small, established companies that want access to the facilities and opportunities at BioCity but want to keep their physical base at home or elsewhere.
     

As a virtual tenant...

...you will have the ability to access many of the benefits of BioCity without having to incur the cost of taking office space within the building.

Depending on the level of service you request, as a virtual tenant your company’s telephone calls can be handled and your mail can be collected or forwarded. Your company will also have access to our Meeting Rooms, Board Room and Conference Room at a 50% discount on the normal rates.

There is also:

  • an on-site bistro- offering full lunches, snack and great coffee;

  • wireless internet access;

  • a number of internet terminals in the lounges and bistro;

  • various informal meeting and networking areas.

BioCity Nottingham offers two categories of Virtual Tenancy, standard and premium. Each category is outlined below.
 

Standard Package: £65 per month (exc VAT)

  • access cards for up to two named people (£7 for each additional card);
  • prestigious business address - for your mail and corporate stationery;
  • the latest communications - internet access available in the business lounge;
  • your company signage on the entrance to the main building;
  • 50% discount on conference and meeting rooms - from just £8 per hour;
  • specialist business support services - tecnical training on-site;
  • telephone and mail services (available at additional cost);
  • networking events;
  • journals and reading lounge - newsletter and intranet;
  • a link from the BioCity website to your company website;
  • a welcoming on-site bistro;
  • complimentary on-site parking.
     

Premium Package: £95 per month (exc VAT)

This package includes the same benefits as our standard package PLUS:

  • additional access card;
  • dedicated telephone number;
  • option 1 - calls routed to off-site number of your choice. (Call forwarding charges apply);
  • option 2 - calls routed to telephone answering and message taking service (first 20 calls per month handled free). Messages can be emailed to an address of your choice;
  • £10 value of photocopying or administration services per month.
